Called KS Appliances on a Friday afternoon due to a dead washing machine… I spoke to a very nice and helpful lady, who gave me an approximate quote and booked an Engineer appointment for the next morning. An Engineer arrived as promised and resolved the issue (Motor Brushes) with no fuss. As per the lady in the office, the Engineer was a really nice guy who clearly knew his job. The utility room was left clean and tidy after the works. Highly recommend this 5* company!!! D Rose, Felsted.
